RETURN POLICY: PRESS-ON NAILS & ACCESSORIES
Due to sanitary purposes and concerns, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or you wish to request a different style or size of press-on nails.
Please note that any sale items, mystery box products and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
As all our press-on nails are handmade, each item may have slight variations. For non-quality issues such as discrepancies, colour variations, or individual craftsmanship flaws, we currently do not offer returns or exchange.
We encourage you to carefully review the product images, descriptions and size guide to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product before making a purchase.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each pair of our press-on nails are carefully crafted by professional nail artists and goes through a quality control process to ensure product quality and durability. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we can't guarantee to process you a refund or exchange.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return. You will be asked to provide some clear photos of the items prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Press-on nails and all the tool kits should be unused and in its original packaging
- Provide the order number and receipt of proof of purchase
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com
